Concept Webs has over 23 years IT experience.

Concept Webs was founded by Lynn Clark. Lynn started working in IT in 1987, when she joined a start up software house. Her 23 years experience includes business & systems analysis; software & hardware implementation, development & maintenance; software programming; training; support & web design.

Also, during this time Lynn spent 11 years as the system expert for a complete business package (Accounts, Purchase Order Processing, Sales Order Processing, Stock Control, Warehousing, Marketing, Reporting & Analysis).

As well as working for the BBC, she was head hunted by John Lewis (Waitrose Systems) where she then worked as a Senior Analyst/Programmer for over 13 years.

This proves that here at Concept Webs we understand the complete business cycle, how people work & what their requirements are. Together with our experience of creating websites, we can provide the very best web solutions.

Unfortunately, anyone can set themselves up as a web designer & although a website might look OK there are many websites that are technically dire. This does not help ranking with the search engines (e.g. Google).

Concept Webs programs websites using the most up to date language, XHTML with CSS. All web pages are carefully hand coded, with the greatest attention to detail.

Here at Concept Webs we test our work. This includes cross browser compatibilty (e.g. IE, Firefox etc) & World Wide Web Consortium Web Standards Validation. This is included in the price as we consider this to be an important part of our work, not just an optional extra!
